HAPI facilitates trade complaints and grievances of the members and voice it out to the appropriate government and private agencies concerned. HAPI also acts as a mediator in case of disagreement or conflict between member-companies, with a supplier or a buyer, by conducting thorough analysis of the problem, then recommends and refers to the concerned agencies.
